7 September · Day 1
One channel. Zero views. One idea.
I had no time to edit, and I could not afford to work for months for free. So I started with one question: what if AI did the tiring part of YouTube? Find the moment, cut it, caption it, upload it.
I opened Channel 1, brand new, and gave the work to AI. The first videos got almost no views. But the uploads kept going, every day, even while I slept. Today that channel has 388,000 views.
12 September · Day 6
Then I found the niche that changed everything.
I opened Channels 2 and 3 in a different niche, one people understand in any country, even without words. AI found the moments. I just watched the numbers. One Short passed 13,000 views, and most passed 1,000.
2 October · Day 25
Then I hit a wall.
New videos stopped getting past 1,000 views. The AI was fast, but nobody was checking its work. So I had another AI check it: every finished video gets a look before it is allowed to post.
Before
- Cut off before the best part
- The same captions over and over
- Another channel's logo on screen
After
- Every moment shown in full
- A different caption every time
- Anything with a logo is rejected automatically
Three days after the new rules, 48 of the 72 newest Shorts passed 1,000 views.
5 October · Day 29
20 full episodes in about 24 hours.
On Channel 7, I wanted long videos, the kind that earn the most. Here is what AI did in one day:
- 01Wrote 20 full episodes
- 02Voiced every line
- 03Made its own music
- 04Cut 60 Shorts
By hand, that is weeks of editing. Now it is lined up on the posting calendar.
