Who we are
YTAutomationbyJhon is an online course about YouTube automation, run by Jhon Mycho Buerano in the Philippines. For any question about your data, email bueranojhon@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you order: your full name, email, whether you paid with GCash, Maya or PayPal, your payment reference number, the price when you ordered, and the time of the order.
- When you log in: your email and the time of login, so we can send a one-time login link and open the course for you.
- Page visits: only the number of visits, which page, which country, which site sent you and what kind of device, using Vercel Web Analytics and our own simple counter. Neither uses cookies or stores your IP address, and neither identifies who you are.
We never ask for or store your GCash or Maya password, your card number, or any ID.
Why we use it
- To check your payment and approve your order.
- To send your login link and important emails about your access.
- To know how long the course stays open for you (six months from approval).
- To protect the course: your email shows as a watermark on the course page.
- To see which pages get visited, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your data, and we will not add you to a mailing list without telling you.
Cookies and browser storage
This site has no tracking or advertising cookies. There is one small cookie, "lang", set when you choose English or Taglish, so the site remembers your language. Apart from that, only two things are saved in your browser: the light or dark mode you chose, and your login session when you are on the course or admin page, so you do not have to log in again and again. You can clear these at any time by logging out or clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who handles the data
- Supabase (database and login), hosted in Singapore.
- Vercel (website and page-visit counts).
- Google Gmail (sending emails).
- GCash, Maya and PayPal (payments; they hold your payment details, not us).
They use the data only to run their service for us.
How long we keep it
We keep order records while your access is open and for up to two years after, for payment records and to answer your questions. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
The business is based in the Philippines, so the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) applies wherever you are. Under it, you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its use. Just email bueranojhon@gmail.com. If your data is deleted, your access to the course ends too.
Changes
When we change this policy, we will update the date above.
